Gordon Ellis, P.Eng, MBA, CDIR, Chairman and Director

Mr. Ellis has been involved with the mining industry and resource development for over 40 years. He is a former owner/manager of a geophysical exploration consulting firm and has held senior management and director roles with a number of publicly-traded mining exploration and development companies. The last two companies for which he was chairman were acquired by much larger firms in 2003 and 2010.

Will Ansley, CPA (CA), Chief Executive Officer, President and Director

Mr. Ansley was appointed Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Lupaka Gold Corp. in September 2017.

Mr. Ansley was a member of two teams that placed six mines into production over an eight-year period in Sudbury and Timmins, Ontario; Mr. Ansley was the Director of Business Development for FNX Mining Company Inc. and the Vice President of Corporate Planning & Strategy for Lake Shore Gold Corp., Will was also the Chief Operating Officer of Mineral Streams Inc. where he helped orchestrate its successful sale to AuRico Metals Inc. in 2015. Most recently, Will was President and Chief Executive Officer of Satori Resources Inc., where he led a successful upgrade in Mineral Resources at the Tartan Lake Gold Mine Project. Will has over 12 years of senior mining and corporate development experience and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).

Norman Keevil III, P Eng., Director

Mr. Keevil has been related to the mining industry all of his life. He is a Professional Engineer and president of Poncho Wilcox Engineering and sits on the Board of Teck (formerly Teck Cominco), the largest diversified mining, mineral processing and metallurgical company in Canada. Mr. Keevil brings a wealth of mining experience and relationships to the Board.

Stephen Silbernagel, Director

Prior to his retirement at the end of 2009, Mr. Silbernagel spent over 35 years practicing law in Vancouver, primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law. He also has many years experience as director of various public companies traded on stock exchanges in both the US and Canada. In his retirement he continues as director of both public and private companies.

Lucio Pareja, Director

Mr. Lucio Pareja has been involved in mining from an early age. Coming from an established Peruvian mining family, Lucio obtained Masters and PhD degrees in mining engineering from Queens University in Ontario, Canada. He has extensive mining experience; his responsibilities having ranged from individual project construction and operation to the CEO of one of Peru's largest mining companies. He is currently a Director of Mining Engineering at UTEC, a new Peruvian engineering and technology university and team leader in charge of developing the mining engineering program.

Luquman Shaheen, PEng., Director

Mr. Luquman Shaheen has been President, CEO and director of Panoro Minerals Ltd. since April 2008, a mineral exploration company which is publicly-listed on the TSXV. In June 1990, Mr. Shaheen obtained his bachelor of applied science degree in civil engineering from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada and in September 2004, his master's degree in business administration from Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, Canada. Mr. Shaheen is a registered professional engineer in the Province of British Columbia and the State of Alaska and holds an inactive professional engineer's license in the State of Washington. He has worked in the mining sector for over 22 years, in Peru and Latin America for over 17 years, which included living in Peru for 6 years.
